Changing Your Tow Destination in Miami
A vehicle's destination can change after the first towing conversation. Perhaps the original shop cannot receive it or you decide on a different repair facility. Tell dispatch before treating the new address as part of the agreed service.
Identify the request you are changing
Give the pickup address, vehicle description and contact name from the original request. Explain whether you are replacing the destination or merely asking about an alternative. Distinguishing those two messages helps prevent an exploratory price question from being mistaken for a confirmed instruction.
Confirm the new receiver
Contact the new destination and ask whether it can accept the vehicle. Obtain the exact address and receiving instructions, including the person or department expecting it. A shop's published opening hours do not establish that it has agreed to receive your particular vehicle.
Review the revised arrangement
Ask dispatch whether the change affects availability, pricing or the proposed schedule. Obtain confirmation that the request has been updated and tell the receiving location about any revised plan. If transport is already underway, contact the company directly rather than assuming an unread message changes the driver's instructions.
