TOWING PLANNING · RAPID TOWING
Confirming What a Towing Request Includes
Before dispatch is confirmed, make sure the request describes the vehicle, route and actual service needed. A short towing conversation can leave important assumptions unresolved when roadside assistance, vehicle transport and destination access are discussed together.
Describe the requested result
Say whether the vehicle needs transport to a destination or whether you are asking about an available roadside service. Explain its current condition without assuming a diagnosis. A car that will not start and a car that cannot roll are different requests. Ask dispatch which service can be considered rather than treating every problem as an identical tow.
Confirm the complete route
Give both pickup and delivery addresses and describe access at each end. Include known garage, gate or receiving-contact limits. The nearest repair shop is not automatically the chosen destination, and a map pin does not confirm permission to deliver. Tell dispatch if you are still deciding where the vehicle will go.
Ask what is confirmed
Clarify equipment suitability, availability, estimate details and what still needs review. An inquiry or requested arrival time is not a confirmed dispatch. If service needs, condition or destination change, update the contact before the visit. Keep the final description together so an earlier conversation is not mistaken for the current plan.
Resumen en español
Antes de confirmar una grúa, explica el servicio que necesitas, la condición del vehículo y las dos direcciones. Pregunta qué está incluido y avisa si cambia el destino o el acceso.
