Planning a tow to a Miami repair shop? Confirm vehicle acceptance, the delivery entrance and the receiving contact before arranging transport.
Confirm the shop is expecting the vehicle
A shop address is not the same as permission to leave a vehicle there. Call the chosen facility and describe the vehicle and reason for transport. Ask for the correct delivery point
The customer entrance, service lane and after-hours drop area may be different places. Request the exact entrance and the name or role of the person receiving the vehicle. Ask about gates, delivery hours and key handoff instructions. Pass those details to dispatch so the driver does not have to resolve an incomplete destination after loading.
Keep approval and repair work separate
Arranging a tow does not authorize a repair or guarantee the shop’s diagnosis. Keep a record of who confirmed intake and tell the shop if the estimated arrival changes.
