When Autocorrect Changes a Vehicle Model in a Tow Request
A phone can replace an unfamiliar vehicle model with an ordinary word while you type. During a Miami towing inquiry, that small change may make the description harder to understand. Read the message as it appears on screen before sending the vehicle details.
Correct the identifying information directly
If the message already went through, state which word was changed and provide the correct year, make and model together. Stay in the existing conversation so the correction remains connected to the request. Do not start a second booking simply because the first description contained a typing error.
Check the rest of the message
Review the pickup address, destination and callback number as well. If you do not know the exact trim or drivetrain, say so rather than accepting a suggested word from the keyboard. Dispatch can then ask for clarification based on the vehicle you actually have, instead of working from a description altered by the phone.
